What we collect
We collect only what you give us. When you send a message through the contact form we receive your name, email address, optional organization, role, inquiry type, privacy acknowledgement, and your message. When you complete the Intelligence Infrastructure Assessment we receive your answers, your work email, organization, and optional phone number. We also record basic first-party usage events (for example, that an assessment was started or completed) without third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or cross-site identifiers.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver your assessment results, and follow up about working together. Assessment answers may be processed by an AI model to draft your results summary when the provider key is configured; otherwise a deterministic server-side report is generated. They are not used by TitchField to train any model. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in our database (hosted on Supabase) with access restricted to the TitchField team. Email notifications are delivered through our email provider. We keep submissions for as long as they are relevant to a business relationship or inquiry, and delete them on request.
Cookies
This public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Internal admin and workspace routes use functional, httpOnly authentication cookies when configured. Assessment result pages are unguessable UUID routes and marked noindex.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Email rohreid@pryvn.com and we will act on it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be noted plainly, not buried.
